Yankees vs Orioles

The second began with two hits off of Kuroda before a Davis lineout to score Weiters 1-0 O's. With one out, Kuroda retired the next few hitters albeit with defensive help by Núñez. Mark Teixeira singled just down the first base line, and Raúl Ibáñez lined to right. Eric Chávez homered, 2-1. In the third, Mark Reynolds lined to first on a great play by Teixeira. Andino lined out to left, and Nolan Reimold struck out swinging to end the inning. The game remained at 2-1 Yankees, and relatively quiet until the seventh when Kuroda put runners on second and third on a single, hit by pitch, and wild pitch, with one out. Chris Davis struck out and Kuroda tagged out Nick Markaikis at the plate to end the inning!! David Robertson came on to pitch the eighth, and pitched a 1-2-3 inning with two strikeouts looking! In the home eighth, the Yankees went scoreless and Mariano Rivera allowed a 1-out single before getting a 4-6-3 double play, Ballgame over Yankees win, THEEEEEEEEEE YANKEES WIN!!
