The Padres scored in the first and Duda homered to lead off the second. Dillon Gee doubled in the second, and Baxter doubled to score Gee, 2-1 Mets!!! Kirk singled and Baxter scored, 3-0! Murphy doubled with two outs in the fifth, 4-1! Davis singled, 6-1 Mets!! Ramón Ramírez pitched a 1-2-3 ninth and the Mets won an easy victory!
