Mets and Jays
The Jays scored first on a three run homer by Arencibia.
Gomes homered, 4-1.
Bautista doubled, 5-1.
Arencibia homered, 6-1.
Murphy doubled, Scott Hairston walked, and Kirk Nieuwenhuis struck out. Rob Johnson grounded out to end the inning.
Manny Acosta entered and the Jays led 10-1.
The Mets got four runs in the eighth, but lost 14-5.
