There ain't no grave that can hold this body down. The soon-to-be 50-year-old Jamie Moyer has signed a minor-league deal with the Colorado Rockies. Coming off Tommy John surgery, the southpaw turned 49 in November.
I wish him well in Colorado and I believe that he can be a solid lefty starter. My well wishes go out to him in his quest to make the 25-man roster in 2012 and I hope he can continue to Play for many, many more years to come.
