Valbuena had an RBI single, 7-2. Nickeas had a sac fly, 7-3 Cubs! Captain Kirk grounded out to end the inning. Soriano singled, 8-3. Justin Turner had an RBI single, 8-4. Valdespin homered, 8-5. The Mets loaded the bases in the ninth and Ike singled, 8-7!!!!! Lucas Duda hit into a double play. Ballgame over.
