Why I Don't (Solely) Blame Mark Sanchez

Face it, Mark Sanchez hasn't played exceptional thusfar in 2011. He does have over 2100 passing yards and 14 touchdowns vs. 9 interceptions, and 75 rushing yards with 3 touchdowns.

While he has lost 5 fumbles and hasn't been the model of consistancy this season, he is getting it done. The Jets are 5-4, constituting of 3rd in the AFC East, but that isn't all his fault. The Jets have suffered only one blowout loss this year, (last week against the Patriots), and have had other players step up so far (Shonn Greene), so I feel that if they can keep this up and beat teams such as the Dolphins and Bills, they will make the wild card spot in 2011.
