Haynesworth, that is.
The Patriots DT was claimed off waivers by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers today. Haynesworth was the subject of controversy in New England after he was traded and was speculated to be released before the season opener, however, he stuck around until today.
Haynesworth had only 6 tackles and no sacks through three games with the Patriots.
I honestly am not surprised at all, while I think Haynesworth can play at a hall of fame worthy level, sometimes he is just too lazy, and that leads to things like this.
Hopefully he can get his act together soon, because if he can't, and he is cut again, he might be surprised to find no one lining up to sign him.
