The New York Mets are in dire need of rebuilding.
They have three key pieces which can earn them solid pitchers are:
David Wright
Johan Santana (when healthy)
Jason Bay
All three of them need to be traded before 2013. They can earn good prospects for the Mets to use in the near future.
A future without Wilpon.
